The Flip Camcorder is an amazing device that is affordable, small and lightweight and makes taking video easy and fun. So now, instead of only getting video of your kids at their birthday party and Christmas, you can capture your kids being kids. The funny moments, the tears, the naked bottom running past, as your child learns how to take of his diaper.

The Flip, is super easy for anyone to use. The flip does not require any software installations and cables. I consider myself a fairly tech savvy person. I have owned several different digital cameras and camcorders. When the smaller camcorders came out, I had to get it because I knew I could take it more places much easier. I use my small camcorder 10 times more than I did the larger one that was difficult to bring along with small kids. A common problem for me, and many other users is that I keep recording video but I do not get around to downloading the videos because it is a process to get the camcorder set up to my computer, then download it and then edit each event or moment I recorded.

For those of you that are tech junkies, of course this will not fill your need for all of the extra features and often necessary requirements for serious video recording, but it might be a fun and worthwhile item to keep around for those days you don't want to lug your top of the line camcorder with you.
