How many times have you been in a bookstore looking for a new read and you couldn't remember the names of your favorite authors? Or you couldn't recall which titles of the books you had read? I can't begin to tell you how many times this had happened to me, until my husband offered a terrific solution. I've even purchased the same book on several occasions, sometimes because it had a different colored cover. Tricky publishers!
My husband suggested that I start entering my favorite authors and the titles I had already read into my iphone, in the Notes section. This really works well. I no longer have to rack my brain trying to remember that author whose name starts with an 'L' or 'W'.
If you don't happen to have a phone with this type of feature, then get a tiny notebook to carry in your bag. Each time you purchase a new book, jot it down. It's amazing how some of these little organizational things can be such time-savers.
